Hosterman's Yoga-  (Low Intensity- K-12) This is a great 7 minute yoga session made by and performed by my students. Please practice this as often as needed. Preferably as a family. This is a very calming session that can be used at any time to ease anxiety and regain peace/focus.  Enjoy.

Quarter 1 Warm Up- (High Intensity- K-5) Used to reinforce and practice Push-ups and Curl-Ups for Grades k-5. (Push-ups and curl ups are part off our "welnet" testing criteria.
